Using the website and platform
By using Databot, you agree to use the website, dashboard, alerts, and related materials lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, access restricted areas without permission, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform where prohibited, or use the product in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Product scope and risk
Databot provides research, monitoring, and analytics tools for Web3 markets. It does not provide investment advice, legal advice, or guarantees of market outcome. Cryptoassets and token markets are volatile, and any action taken based on signals, dashboards, or commentary is done at your own risk. Users are responsible for their own diligence and trade execution decisions.
Third-party services
Parts of the Databot experience may link to third-party services such as social platforms, exchanges, wallets, documentation hosts, analytics providers, or token listings. Databot is not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of those third parties, and access to them may be governed by separate terms.
Availability and changes
Databot may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or service over time, including pricing, token-gated access, features, or integrations. Reasonable efforts may be made to keep public product information current, but Databot does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
